My cousin David has been in charge of Cedar Ridge for 28 years. They provide residential care for at-risk and emotionally disturbed boys between 6 and 17.5. The majority of them come from the Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD areas. The success of their program rums around 80%. The have a staff of 120 people and have done a great job.
